Terms of Service

Welcome to Unstoppable Deal Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Unstoppable Deal Technology Pvt. Ltd. provides the following services:

  • Sales-as-a-Service (SaaS & Tech Products)

  • Lead Management & Demo Booking

  • Digital Outreach Support

  • Client Conversion Analytics

  • CRM Assistance & Client Reporting

  • White-labeled Sales Representation

Our services are offered on a commission-based, performance-driven model, meaning clients are billed based on successful outcomes such as demo bookings or closed deals.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date product or service information.

  • Grant timely access to necessary tools (e.g., CRM, email, call tools).

  • Cooperate in good faith for onboarding, training, and campaign alignment.

  • Adhere to agreed payment terms on successful conversions or milestones.

3. Commission and Payment

  • Commission rates and payment milestones will be defined in the Service Agreement signed before the project begins.

  • Payment is due within [e.g., 7-15] days of receiving a valid invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delayed payments may incur a [e.g., 2% monthly] late fee.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary data, client lists, strategies, or any other sensitive business information disclosed during the partnership.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property shared by the client remains the client’s property. Any strategies, playbooks, or tools developed by Unstoppable Deal Technology Pvt. Ltd. remain our proprietary material unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 14 days’] written notice. Any outstanding payments for services rendered will remain due.

Unstoppable Deal Technology Pvt. Ltd. may suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client breaches the terms of this agreement.

  • Payments are not made in a timely manner.

  • There is misuse of our representatives or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unstoppable Deal Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any client losses due to market conditions, customer response, or third-party platforms.

Maximum liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid to us over the past [e.g., 3 months].

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, sales targets, or performance levels. Results depend on various external factors including market conditions, client product/service quality, and customer response.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
