All service engagements must be formalized through a Service Agreement that outlines scope, commission rates, KPIs (if applicable), and mutual responsibilities.

We may use or request access to third-party tools or platforms (e.g., CRMs, email services, analytics software) as part of our delivery. Unstoppable Deal Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for data loss, errors, or service disruptions originating from these third-party tools.

All third-party tools used are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. Clients are advised to review these separately.

3. Client Confidentiality and Data Handling

All data shared by the client is treated with strict confidentiality and is only used for service fulfillment. However, the client is responsible for ensuring they have legal authority to share any customer or internal data with us for sales or marketing purposes.

We assume no liability for legal claims arising from misused or improperly shared data provided by clients.

4. No Employment Relationship

Our services are rendered as an independent consulting and outsourcing partner. No employment, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by our engagement. Team members deployed on your project are not your employees, and no employment rights or obligations are implied.

5. Compliance and Regulations

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their business practices and products are compliant with all applicable laws and industry regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, India’s DPDP Act)

  • Advertising and outreach regulations

  • Business licensing or product compliance

Unstoppable Deal Technology Pvt. Ltd. disclaims liability for any legal or regulatory issues arising from the client’s offerings, representations, or practices.

6. Performance Metrics & Analytics

Any analytics, reporting, or results provided are for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness, timeliness, or suitability of such data for decision-making.
